Niche Calling Cards - Way to Go

Niche calling cards is quite a rare product these days. Calling card providers do not bother themselves to develop narrow niche products preferring to cater to the interests of each and everyone. However, I bet this not a long-to-come process. Niche targeting and marketing is now proving its effectiveness and one should be crazy not to implement this in calling cards industry.

Consider yourself - the possibilities are almost endless. Who needs calling cards? Everyone does. Are there some particular patterns of needs for calling cards? Surely there are! Actively travelling businessmen need a particular calling card while students who study abroad would come up with totally different demands. But within a certain group the demands have very much in common. So why not benefit from this?

Let’s a business niche as an example. Many businessmen - either those actively traveling or those sitting in cosy offices practice long distance international calls every day. It is their ultimate need as they have to contact with their clients, business partners and subcontractors worldwide. Pooh, they spend a hell lot of money on these international calls. So why doesn’t any calling card provider come up with a niche offer for such people? Frankly speaking I don’t know why. Because this is a great opportunity to find very, very profitable clients and make them loyal to the niche brand, so why neglect such a chance? I don’t know why.

This has been only one example of how calling cards providers can benefit from creating and marketing niche calling cards products. Let’s hope they’ll soon understand what they are missing and start practicing something alike. After all, customers should benefit from this too!
